They were really helpful and seemed to actually know the products, not just send some generic copy-and-paste reply. The box arrived looking rough, with one side a bit crushed and the tape already coming loose. Thankfully, the items inside were okay, but it didn’t exactly give me much confidence when I saw the package. I’d really hope they pack it more securely next time

I’ve ordered from jandh.com a couple of times now, and their prices usually seem better than what I’m finding locally, at least from what I can tell. Shipping wasn’t super fast one of the times, but it still showed up fine and wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, for the money, I feel like I got a good deal and didn’t run into any major issues. Seems like a solid option, right? I’d probably use them again

I’ve ordered from jandh.com a few times now, and I usually end up there because they carry a lot of the fishing brands I already know and feel good buying.
I like that I don’t have to bounce between a bunch of different sites just to compare gear. They had Shimano, Penn, Daiwa, and even a few smaller brands mixed in, which made it easier to narrow things down without overthinking it.
The site was straightforward to use, and my order showed up in good shape with everything accounted for. Little thing, but I appreciated that the items were easy to find and the product info was clear enough. I’d definitely shop there again.

I’ve ordered from J&H Tackle a few times now, and the discounts have been worth it, not just those tiny throwaway ones. On my last order, I used a promo code and it went through without any hassle, which was nice. The prices ended up being better than I expected overall. I’m happy with the experience, and if they’re offering any kind of credit or compensation for repeat customers, I’d definitely appreciate that too.

I had to swap out something I ordered from jandh.com and it was painless. I emailed them, they got back to me quick, and told me exactly what to do. The return part was simple, and the replacement showed up sooner than I thought it would. No annoying runaround or weird hoops to jump through. I'd def order from them again.

I found what I needed quick and the site was easy enough to get around. The pages loaded fine and checkout wasn’t confusing, which I appreciated. I do wish a couple things were a little less clunky though, some sections felt a bit repetitive to click through, and I kept feeling like I was doing the same step more than once. Nothing major, just kind of annoying, and a little annoying again by the time I checked out.

The points are easy to understand and showed up after my orders without me having to chase anything down. I used them on something I was already going to buy, which made it feel like a real discount instead of some unnecessary coupon hassle.
Shipping has been solid for me too, and I haven’t had any issues with service. I’ll probably keep ordering from them, especially since the rewards do start to add up over time.

Just a quick heads-up for anyone shopping on jandh.com: the payment process was really smooth. I used my card, and it went through fast with no random errors, confusing screens, or annoying extra steps.
They also had a few other payment options available, which was nice because it didn’t feel like you were forced into one choice. I got my order confirmation right away too. i’d use them again without hesitation.
